Absolutely, no argument there. If anyone is treated in an undignified manner, they should complain. However, there are those who are so livid over the screening process that they look for confrontation in order to make a complaint.

No argument over the importance of the 4th amendment either, it is simply that the argument against baggage screening based on the 4th is flawed and baseless.
