Cab to Ybor or St Pete would be $20 ish, flat fees to these areas, so $40 ish round trip. Mall is a mall. There are a few hotels on Rocky Point, Grand Hyatt, hampton Inn, westin. Maybe a shuttle and hang out poolside. Beach near there, Ben T Davis, is a little questionable at times - polluted water, but along there is a very long trail, along the Courtney Campbell Causeway, so a walk along water over 16 miles round trip. Might see some Dolphins or manatees.
