No, staff was a range from clueless to hostile when I mentioned club carlson status & concierge level breakfast, upgrades and amenity

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked standard using points and BOGO. 15k for 2 nights is a bargain, but $15/night resort fee & tax was not waived.

Did you receive elite benefits?
Staff made a fuss about Breakfast voucher, the ridiculous thing is that they only issued 1 for me, and none for my registered guests.. Pathetic. I escalated to manager, said no.


How are the rooms?
Basic, tile floors, really basic.

That was good and what was bad?
Basic, resort fee, poor staff. Ridiculous treatment to concierge.

Value for money or Gold Points? Would you return?
Maybe, cheap points wise with BOGO, resort fee sucks. no kids on site, so if you dont like kids, this is it for you!

Update: After much complaining about Resort Fee, it was never charged, so apparently it is waived for points redemptions
