On the ORD-LHR on 6th Nov. Really bad flight for a number of reasons (which I am compiling for a complaint to BA), but included being given a female amenity kit as they had run out of mens!

Actually, the contents were ok, but didn't include eyeshade/ear plugs. Due the ageing 747, lights were flickering through the night which meant I got zero sleep.
