Anybody else out there that are/were holders of the old legacy "professional" Diners card that have since received one of the new Diners cards? If so I have two questions (sorry if they were answered earlier in this thread):

1. My old card has a 45K credit limit, my new card has a 40K limit. I know from past experience that some card issuers - Amex and Chase come to mind - allow you to move/transfer credit limits from card to card; it would be nice if I could move say 35K from my old card so my new one would suddenly have a 75K limit. I called DC this morning, was transferred to the "credit department" and was eventually told that Diners doesn't allow this.

2. As I no longer need my old legacy DC card I said I wanted to cancel and have a prorated amount of my $95 annual fee - paid approx Sep 1 - refunded, they put me on hold and eventually came back and said since more than 30 days had passed since I paid the annual fee that nothing can be refunded. Somehow this doesn't sound right.

Anyone else have similar experiences?
