As I recall, they are able to do so after the first sector has been flown. But when I called yesterday, they insisted the were not able to help me.
Perhaps the rules have changed which is annoying given that the wait times at the online service centre are more than 30mins
They should be able to do change. Are you a MPC member? Is that a CX-marketed and operated flight?
