Don't put too much stock in analyzing the expiry dates on the cards you get through the replacement, because no matter what the card says, your *G status will only be valid through November 2015 unless you requalify under the new system. Somewhere in the announcement (it might be buried in this thread or in the info A3 sent out) was the news that M&B will be issuing redesigned cards to all members once the change-over happens. If this is true, presumably at some point after the switch the old cards would cease to be valid.
