I just did PDX-TUS last month. It wasn't any different than the Q400, except there are window shades, the seats "recline" and there's running water.

I actually find the seats on the CR7s to be a bit more comfortable than the Q400s.

The key is to go in to it not expecting a 737 with F seats. It's a small plane.
