Yes, but OP was wondering how to send invites. Most users, I think, will begin their search by looking for a "send invite" option somewhere. It takes some training in Googlethink to begin by hovering over the "compose message" button, hoping a new option will appear above it. Worse, you have to hover over the golden ticket icon before Inbox reveals what it does; only then does the label "Invite to Inbox" appear.
