I just assume that all wireless carriers throttle, even when they say they don't. The entire industry is fundamentally based upon deceiving customers, reducing service, cramming/slamming junk fees, changing terms and conditions, etc., so why would I expect them to *not* throttle me?

Guess that's OT though...
