I wasn't aware that a Property, especially one located in the US., can elect not to participate in the C+P offer.
Well, whether we like it or not, the Andaz Maui after offering C+P for the first nine months of this year, is no longer offering it as an option.
With no elite rate offered as of yet for 2015, I only hope at some point in time, they'll reconsider.
