C-GHPX (805) was delivered on October 30th, sent to MCI for final touch ups and left MCI for YYZ on November 4th and put into service last night on YYZ-CPH.

C-GHPY is painted and has flown back to Charleston. It has done 5 pre delivery flights so technically it should be on track for deliver within a week or so. (http://nyc787.blogspot.ca has it scheduled to be delivered on November 20th.) So add 3-4 days in MCI and AC should have it in operation by the last week of November.

That would put it in line with the schedule change you are mentioning.

That being said, there is also a new YYZ-CDG route starting Dec. 1st, so I'm not sure how the internal gymnastics work, but by then AC should have 6 787s flying so its hard to say which plane flies when and how.
