A little bit of clarity might be helpful. What do you mean by Air Canada points?

Are you at 89k AQM (none of which are on AC metal), and you need 11k points on AC metal to satisfy the minimum AC requirement?

Have you already met your minimum AC requirement and are now simply looking for 11k AQM (in which case you can fly on any *A airline)?
