Used to be able to dine at Accor hotels without staying and using vouchers & gaining points. Now, you get nothing.
This is my email to Accor:
I have 2 issues when I went to La Verandah REsort - Pepper Tree Restaurant - Phu Quoc.
1. I gave them the e-voucher that I redeemed with my points. They declined the voucher saying that I must be an in-house guest before the voucher can be used. I have used the voucher before at other hotels without being a staying guest, have the terms & conditions been changed? If no, I would like a credit back to my account as points, as I do not know when I will be going to accor hotel again.
2. My account was not credited with points from the dining even though no voucher was used as per bill attached.

We received your request to cancel your ordered Le Club Accorhotels E-Voucher.
Let us remind you that Le Club Accorhotels rewards vouchers may not be extended, replaced, or reimbursed in case of loss, theft, damage, destruction or expiration of their validity period.
However, we are pleased to confirm that, as an exceptional commercial gesture, we have accepted to reimburse you for the Le Club Accorhotels rewards vouchers that you were unable to use.
Please be aware that we have just canceled the vouchers in question and have credited the corresponding points back to your account.
Please be reminded that a stay for at least one night is required for you to use your hotel vouchers. Furthermore, a minimum of one night’s stay is also required for the expenses at the hotel to be eligible to earn points.
We remain at your disposal should you need further information.
