All things being equal they'd be mine, too. The last time I was in that area was late May, and it was quite pleasant; the highs were around 85°F/30°C. Unfortunately, at this point it looks like that's not an option, and as I said above I'm ready for the heat. My experience with it is from the Phoenix, Arizona area (U.S.) in July and August. Summertime daily highs over 105°F/40°C, sometimes over that by more than one or two degrees, are common there.
