Mine is from CIBC, not TD but essentially the same benefit that is common to all VIP issued in Canada.

My CIBC Aerogold VIP came with 6 entry credits with Airport Angel.

I used it recently to access one of the lounges with a travel companion. Two credits were deducted. The T&C gave me the impression that one guest is allowed per entry. This is not the case. Two credits were deducted. When I wrote to Airport Angel after the trip to enquire, I was told that each credit would allow one traveller. So 2 persons = 2 credits.

After the 6 credits are used up, it will be US$27/person/entry.

If so, this card is not as good as I have thought!
Can consider getting the BMO world elite MC. FYF, $300 bonus toward travel, and 1-yr membership Priority Pass for 4 lounge visits.
