It will depend what they mean by refund. If they refund me what they actually charged me (i.e. xxx.xx USD), it'll be a win. If they refund me today's value of the EUR charge, what will be way less and I still lose out and I'll see if I can make things really messy by doing a charge-back instead to retrieve the whole amount.
