If you want to use valet parking, just stop in front of the FCT.
PA will greet you at your car and a Sixt employee will bring away your car. You register with your name and a credit card number if it is the first time you use valet parking.
When you are back in FRA, you can retrieve your car key and a note where your car is parked from a small Sixt safe. This safe is located landside after customs (arrival hall A). The car normally is parked at Sixt parking (218).

If I recall right, the cheapest parking at FRA airport is the parking "The Squaire" at a cost of 20 Euro per day.
