Did you sign any credit card receipt and still have copy of it? If it is in EUR and they charged you in a different currency, then you can talk to your credit card issuer about it being a disputable charge. Or do what @Andriyko suggests and call the hotel and have them fix it, refunding you any charges that you get - that will be a lot cheaper & less hassle for them in the long run
