What's with having to take a bus from Ginza station? The buses from NRT go to a long list of major hotels, plus to TCAT about every ten minutes and to Tokyo Station vry frequently. Either TCAT or Tokyo station puts you at a subway station, so this is likely to be the best way to save time. Buses to other locations aren't as frequent and might not operate at all during later evening hours.
