About three weeks ago I made AA Plat and already had booked 3 flights more over the next month. In the US Airways app it still showed my status as Gold/Ruby but I figured it may take some time. After a week, I called both US Airways and AA, both of which told me they can't do anything and to talk to the other. Yesterday I called US and wouldn't get off the line until I had someone from AA and US on the same line to talk it out. Finally US Airways admitted there is some backend data replication problem and they are going to work on it and give me an update later today (11/6).

Anyone else experience this problem? I know it's not going to get me upgrades 72 hrs ahead of time but it will increase the chances I'll actually get an upgrade when I'm on the list.
