50k Avios from this + 45k from CSP?
I'm currently working on the $3,000 min spend for the 45k offer on CSP.
I'm not excited about 50k Avios -- EXCEPT that I can convert my Chase rewards from the CSP card to Avios. So 95k Avios plus whatever extra from the minimum spend.

Hmmm. That's about 100k Avios for no first year annual fee for either card.
Sounds pretty good to me.
