I think I read that there is a Picasso exhibit at the Dali museum in St Pete. If it was me, I'd head over there but probably not for most folks.

I also have spent a few hours at a bar/cuban restaurant in the airport that wasn't bad at all. I think they may have an outlet in town as well. Quite possibly it was Columbia, as mentioned above. I think Cigar City Brewing has an airport bar as well.
