The article is very misleading.

"A seven-floor, 161-room Hyatt Place hotel featuring free breakfast and Wi-Fi will be built in west Edmonton at 18004 100 Ave."

This is referring to the one in Edmonton (duh)

"The first Hyatt Place to open in Canada, with 14 floors and 220 rooms, is being built at 96th Street and Jasper Avenue and is also due to open in the fall of 2015"

This is referring to one in Ottawa (note how they omit the city)
