We request that these guests receive the highest level of consideration for a one-category room upgrade on the day of arrival. While we are communicating to our members that availability at the hotel does not guarantee an upgrade and that an upgrade is at the discretion of the hotel, we have acknowledged that our hotels have traditionally done a great job of offering upgrades to our top clients when available. Upgrades to suites also continue to be at the discretion of the hotel.
