Thanks for the info. Right now, I'm not feeling like my $300 was well spent. I understand that this is a new product and really want to give the folks at BMO/Harris a shot at earning my business. But the level of service provided so far doesn't even match what I receive from my credit union and they have less than a thousand members.
I'll stick it out for as long as I can. I really hope they can get it together before the end of the month. If they can't, I'm bailing for now and may return if things improve.
