I bumped into Annie outside surveying the work being done to the Koru and she told me that the temporary lounge is cramped and better to use Kris. She then took me to the Kris reception and introduced me to the staff and told them to look after me! What an absolute treasure is UA's Annie.

She also informed me that her contract with UA has just been renewed and basically she's been told that she can work for UA for however long she wishes ^^^- so UA bloody should given how valuable she is to their operation here in Oz.
