loaded 1 VR card onto BB last night and during the second one kept getting "error code 32, try again later.". called Vanilla people and the lady on the phone said her whole shift she's been getting people calling with issues loading VR onto BB, told me to call BB service after her load over the phone failed too.

after being on-hold with BB for 20 mins and another 20 minutes waiting for 'technical rep', i got the answer that the issue is with vanilla and not BB network.

anyone had this issue recently? i'm hoping this is nothing permanent and it does make me feel a little better i'm not singled out, but still...
