With UR, you really dont have many options apart from United.

To redeem on EK, you need Alaska points, which you cannot convert UR to. For EY, you need AA, that again you cannot convert UR to.

You should be able to comfortably book a roundtrip US-DXB flight on United business if you route through IAD.
