Departing on an SQ-operated flight gives you access to the Krisflyer Gold Lounge.
What is written on the entrance is, that SQ codeshare flights, operated by Silkair, are not eligible.

Again, Silkair does it like Germanwings. These operating carriers wont pay for lounge access for Star gold flyers (with some exceptions).
