From the pictures I've seen the signs direct you out to the exit (bypassing immigration) unless you're on a connection where you're pointed towards to flight connections centre.

They don't officially direct anyone towards an immigration officer, in fact I was surprised when I read that there was certain cases that people arriving from Dublin would have to go through immigration particularly as it's impossible to do so when it was in T1.
