I will be flying China Eastern from PVG to TPE in a couple of months. I'm trying to determine if paying for business is worth it for such a short flight. I have a 4 hour layover in PVG and was wondering if Taiwan is considered international for lounge access for Elite Plus. Does anyone have experience?
