The special "limited-time offer" team's phone number is 1-877-826-0254 (it has been posted in other FlyerTalk threads). Interestingly if you call them about a flight they're *not* working they will know immediately and hang up on you.
No promises you can get an OAL rebooking (they may have found enough volunteers), but it's worth asking. I've seen them be willing to book UA=>DL.
