I did try to put it into context in that in August this year I went to AMS and back:
06:15am (Breakfast) LHR-AMS Band 1
Choice of English Breakfast or Continental Platter
10:25am (Brunch) AMS-LHR Band 1
Choice of Ham & Cheese Croissant or Continental Platter
Seems odd that 4 months later, on a Band 3 flight, similar departure time, there is no choice. It's just I'd not seen any mention on here of a change and there wasn't an announcement regarding problems with catering.
