CA Governor Davis (facing a recall and loking for every possible vote he can find) is about to sign a bill that would provide Drivers Licenses to Illegal Aliens, as reported on a radio talk shows in L.A. yesterday. All the DMV will ask for is a SS# or a TIN # (Tax Payer Identification #). The TIN can be applied for by filling a out a IRS form on the internet. The information provided by the applicant will NOT be verified by the IRS, which then sends out the TIN#.
