It's possible she could be telling the truth, but there some inconsistencies in her story. First she described it as being violent hardcore pornography. Then it turns out to be just those escort business cards Mexicans hand out on the Las Vegas Strip. Inappropriate - sure, but IMO it's a huge stretch to cry violence and sexual harassment over that.
Your argument would hold more weight if this was an area where AC had (or close to) gender parity. Its been documented that minorities (especially when it comes to gender) are more prone to discrimination in the workplace. This is why a diversity in the workforce is a strong asset. No one group dominates.

'professional work group' is very cliche these days. Alpha male syndrome is very common in male dominated roles. I know 2 commercial pilots (who work for other airlines) who play in my sports league that are borderline misogynistic.
