Does anyone here able to obtain an US Visa or Mastercard strictly as a Canadian? (An US card associated with FF plan like UAL MP or NW Worldperks would be ideal.) I'd like to get an US card but all of them require you to have a Social Security Number, thus someone like me who have no status in USA is pretty much out of luck.
