Hi,

I suspect the cheapest way from the HEX at Paddinton is;

Bakerloo to eithet Baker Street or Waterloo,
Change at either station to Jubilee
Jubilee to Canary Wharf Underground

walk to canary Wharf DLR

One stop to West India Quay

and the Marriott is right beside the DLR line.
