If it were me, I'd be less worried about the ethical issue (although that's plenty to be concerned with) and more worried about the embarrassment of having to deal with this as a legal issue - all in front of my dear aunt.

Oh yeah, and then I'd be worried about how to pay for the difference on the spot.

How can this possibly be worth it?
