Hello,

I'll be flying to from FRA to SFO with 2 cats. Therefore, they have to be in the cargo hold (same flight as me).
Does anyone know where in SFO do I pick up the cats? I've heard different answers, some say they should be delivered with the luggage at the belt, others say I have to go to the cargo building.

If it is the latter, where and how do I get to LH cargo building in SFO?
