I tried to use the Contact Us page to report the issue, but it doesn't seem to confirm that my inquiry has even been received.

Any ideas for what I should do?

Hmm, now that you mention it, I haven't seen it for a couple of months now either. And I was the OP with the OP (original problem ). It was fixed and I had seen it regularly since then but nothing since probably the summer now. Is it still going out?
