I've had USDM unable to see what was showing on BA, CX and JL. Nothing you can really do about it. (The flip side was USDM found some availability that all three of those sites said didn't exist.)

Stopovers are supposed to be in a hub city. You may be lucky enough to find an agent willing to overlook that, but generally speaking that's a rule they like to enforce.
