This. This this this. Us anti-sizer folks have been saying it from the beginning. It's so, so simple. It gets you five times the actual benefit with one tenth the fuss. But again and again, it has become clear that the hope here is not actually for a better baggage situation on-board, but some bizarre sense that there should be consistent rules, whether or not those rules have anything to do with helping folks better share the bin space. Because rules are rules, any rule is better than no rule, and no rule is anarchy. I just don't get it.

As many of us concluded in the first round of this mess many months ago, for UA it's not about improving the bin space situation either. We all know what it's about for UA. Otherwise, they would just implement the Baze plan.
