As a Centurion Member, you deserve to arrive the same way you fly – with elevated comfort, dedicated service, and ease. Centurion International Arrival Services extends your first or business class service from the plane throughout your international arrival experience. A personal guide will greet you upon arrival, expedite you through customs and immigration when possible, and coordinate a seamless exit with your ground transportation.

When you call Centurion Travel Service and use your Centurion Card to purchase a first or business class ticket to select airports, you and up to eight travel companions may receive this complimentary benefit. Service is available at the following destinations:

Centurion International Arrival Services may be available for flights arriving at the following airports: London Heathrow (LHR), Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Rome Fiumicino (FCO), Dubai International (DXB), Nice Côte d'Azur (NCE), Tel Aviv Ben Gurion (TLV), Zurich (ZRH), Barcelona-El Prat (BCN), Madrid –Barajas (MAD), and Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK). Locations are subject to change at any time. The service is subject to destination airport regulations and is not guaranteed. Complimentary service is available to U.S. Centurion Members who purchase a first or business class air ticket to an eligible airport on the phone through Centurion Travel Services. This service is not available for air tickets issued as part of a third party travel package. The ticket must be paid for with the Centurion Member’s Centurion Card. Complimentary service is limited to no more than 9 individuals: the Centurion Member and up to eight additional travel companions traveling on the same itinerary. Some fees may apply if extra services, such as baggage porters, are requested. The Centurion Member must be one of the travelers on the itinerary. The ability to expedite you through customs and immigration is not guaranteed. It is subject to the discretion of the airport authorities and immigration. Airport security conditions and alerts may impact the ability to expedite.
Centurion International Arrival Services must be booked, cancelled or amended at least 74 hours prior to the scheduled flight arrival time, GMT. To cancel, call Centurion Travel Services to avoid being charged for the non-complimentary services. In the event the airline delays or cancels your flight within 74 hours of your scheduled flight arrival time, GMT, and you wish to cancel or amend your Centurion International Arrival Services reservation, you will not be charged a fee for any non-complimentary services you previously booked even if you cancel within 74 hours of your scheduled flight arrival time, GMT. If you need to book a new airline ticket within 74 hours of your scheduled flight arrival time, GMT, due to a delay or cancellation by the airline, Centurion International Arrival Services may not be available for your new flight reservation. Centurion International Arrival Services will be provided by third parties DiamondAir Ltd and its subcontractors, and they will disclose additional terms and conditions applicable to this service.
