If you fly to LTN you should be be able to buy access to Swissport Lounge (I am not sure what the price is - just Google it out). It is located at the very end of the non-Shengen part of the terminal building.

PS. There is no A3 lounge in the non-Schengen area - they send their eligible passengers also to Swissport lounge.
