I meant the mini T&C which is on each store page on MyDeaslAndCoupons for example. TCB I don't use so don't know for that.

Actually I reviewed again just now the mini T&C for booking.com on both MyDealsAndCoupons (11.2 USD) and on Extrabux.com (11.0 USD) and neither of them mention anything about 'pay at hotel'. So I may be wrong above, sorry! Maybe 'pay at hotel' does qualify for cashback.

Worth trying. When I get the chance I will report back.
