As a former partner in mergers and acquisitions in a large international law firm I second (third? fourth?) the advice given above. Law is a demanding career. If you travel it is a grind, not glamorous. As a junior lawyer you'd fly in the class and on the airlines specified in the firm's travel policy. You might stay in nice hotels but it won't matter because you'll be working anyway. To build a successful career in a corporate law environment you can expect to work punishing hours over many years, and the days of making partner and then taking your foot off the accelerator and heading to the golf course are long gone.
Law is no different from any other career. You need to pick an area that you enjoy. You don't want to spend your working life toiling away at something you hate. Focus on the essentials, not the imagined perks.
