i am also looking at south east asian hotels

all the hotels that i look at have only the pay at the hotel option.

due to the facts that many of the hotels have a five percent surcharge
for credit card use, as well as the risk of fraud i prefer paying in cash,
although i could pay by credit carfd as well

given the fact that the hotels are not prepaid, do the rebate sites accurately
track the stays and pay in a relatively timely manner?

maNY OF MY HOTELS cost about the same as the rebate, and i am a heavy stayer , would either booking.com or the rebate site cause problems for me?
