Yes it was a great stay.
Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Booked two nights on points, received King Bed Business Suite on 18th floor, with free minibar and access to the club.
How are the rooms?
Two similar built bath rooms with Separate shower and bath tub. One huge room with king size bed at one end, working desk and sofa at the other end of the room. From the layout of the room I presume it was originally planed as two rooms.
How is the exec. lounge?
Very friendly and attentive staff. A great selection of food at the evening, so you won't need to go out for dinner.
Good selection at breakfast, including eggs to order. Cheese, bread, cakes and a great selection of sweets during tea time.
Lounge staff called the IC Grand Parnas to get my room ready for 11 am.
On check-out at the lounge they offered me a free taxi ride to the IC Grand Parnas and when I left the elevator at the ground floor, the check-in clerk from the ambassador desk was already waiting to accompany me to the taxi.
What was your welcome gift?
Mouse pad of the national museum, a nice notepad and a bottle of wine.
Did you receive fruit in the room?
Yes, fruits and fine chocolate.
What was good and what was bad?
Good- Upgrade to a Junior suite on points stay.
- Lounge access and free minibar on points stay.
- Separate check-in desk for ambassadors.
- Good swimming pool, probably 20-25m.
- Very friendly and helpfull staff in the lounge and at ambassador desk.
