In the hotel right now. Hard product is great, but not too impressed about the service. Although sent pre-stay e-mail requesting early check-in, because of a small child, the suite was still not ready until 5pm and child bed was not set up as requested.
Also had to ask in check-in for temporary room, which was not proactively offered.
Serious internet issues first day both in room and club lounge, was finally fixed nex tday.
Breakfast in lounge is quite limited and would say, quality varies from day to day.
When calling duty manager about aforementioned issues, she got defensive and offered a "fruits" as apology for inconveniences. What arrived was about 20 grapes in a small plate, that was funny
Hope Park Hyatt has better service when checking in few days.
